Originally from the Midwest, I relocated to Jacksonville, Florida in 1985, where our family quickly made Northeast Florida home. We raised our two children, Matt and Melissa, here, and today enjoy life as grandparents to five wonderful grandchildren. I earned my Florida real estate license in 1999 and began my career with ICI Homes, a respected semi-custom home builder. I specialized in selling homes within some of the area’s most desirable communities, including South Hampton, a premier golf community; St. Johns Forest, an exclusive guard-gated neighborhood; and Magnolia Preserve in Julington Creek, known for custom-built estate homes. After many years in new construction, I transitioned into general residential real estate, where I continue to deliver exceptional results with a personalized, concierge-level approach.
