With over a decade of experience helping buyers and sellers across Northeast Florida and beyond, Dawn Raney has built her business on connections, care and community. A small-town Southern girl at heart, Dawn combines her warm, personal touch with deep market knowledge to make every real estate experience seamless and enjoyable. As a proud graduate of the University of Alabama and President of the Jax Bama Club, Dawn brings the same passion and teamwork she learned from her Crimson Tide roots into every client relationship. Whether she's helping families settle into the Jacksonville area or guiding sellers through a successful listing, her approach is always grounded, attentive and refreshingly genuine. Dawn loves introducing people to the stunning lifestyle that Northeast Florida offers – from quiet coastal escapes to lively neighborhoods full of Southern hospitality. Her clients appreciate her dedication, her clear communication, and her knack for making the process feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership. A true believer in loving where you live, Dawn has embraced Northeast Florida as HOME. She believes she couldn't have chosen any better place to raise her 2 children than St Johns County. She is a proud mama of 2 grown children (Savannah married and living in Charleston, SC and Dakota living in Jacksonville). When she's not working, you'll find Dawn soaking up the sun at the beach, enjoying a little football or sharing a nice glass of wine with good friends.
