We are centrally located right here in St. Johns County, where most of our competitors are based up in Duval. We are close to your home, not a county away.

A lot of our owners are military families who PCS out of the area but are not ready to sell, because they know they want to come back. Rather than lose the home they worked for, they let us look after it while they are stationed elsewhere. We also work with relocating sellers who keep the old house as an investment. If you are an agent, with our brokerage or not, and you have a client who needs a property manager, refer them to us. We will take great care of the home, and when your client is ready to sell, we hand them right back to you to list it. We will even send a little thank you for the referral.
